The introduction of many software fails because the company cannot imagine themselves in it since there are no data in the system, they don't know what to do with an empty system, and they don't even have time to enter anything. As a solution, we offer our demo data function, which allows users to try out the system with pre-filled data after registration. The demo data disappear from the system without a trace after the first real data is added!
Sample data
- In the Settings/Restore section, Demo data can be generated and deleted, but can only be generated if no live data has been created yet
- Product categories, products, and warehouse lists are distinguished with a grey badge when demo data is present
- Grey badge indicates demo data in both the customer list and customer group list
- Cost and revenue groups are highlighted with a grey badge if they contain demo data
- The compact view in the invoice list shows if an invoice is demo data
- After creating a product/category/warehouse/application/task/customer/customer group/revenue group/expense group/bill, the system automatically deletes any demo data
- When there is demo data available, the Demo Data button will pulsate in light blue. Clicking the button provides a description of demo data and allows for its removal
- Demo data is language-independent and will be generated according to the selected language
