It is now possible to automatically create a task for a colleague or colleagues when accepting or rejecting a quote.
After accepting the quote, we create a new task automatically:
- New automation opportunity can be found in the Automation section of the application editor.
- With this, you can automatically create a new task for your colleague or team after accepting the quote.
- You can also set the task type, text, deadline, and duration for the task.
This automation runs whether you click on the quote acceptance within Fryd or if your customer accepts the online quote.
After rejecting the quote, we create a new task automatically:
- New automation opportunity can be found in the Automation section of the application editor.
- With this, you can automatically create a new task for your colleague or team after rejecting the quote.
- You can also set the task type, text, deadline, and duration for the task.
This automation only runs when the customer clicks on the reject button on the online quote interface.
