Thanks to our update, customer campaigns can be managed in a separate menu item.
Customer campaigns
- New menu item in Customer menu
- Types, names, validity dates can be specified for campaigns, and customers can be linked
- New application elements can be instantly created from linked customers (e.g., in the enhanced sales application)
- Costs can also be assigned to campaigns, so the cost of lead acquisition can be calculated
