I'm sure you've also experienced when a customer inquired about something, you wrote it down, and then forgot about it or possibly it slipped your mind because you don't handle incoming goods yourself. Our latest development solves this issue, as you can create a task for Customer Inquiry. Then, if inventory is received or an order is placed, the system will bring up these relevant inquiries, so they definitely won't be forgotten!

Customer Inquiry Package
  • New task type when adding a new task to the CRM: Customer inquired about something
  • If added, a 'Customer Inquired' button is visible at the top of the main page, showing how many such inquiries have been saved.
  • Clicking the button reveals a popup window listing all such tasks, highlighting those for which the current user is responsible (these are shown in italics).
  • Tasks can be marked as complete and deleted as well.
  • Search is also possible among tasks using the search field in the popup window.
Receipt
  • During receipt entry, the system intelligently indicates which customer was waiting for the specific product, and notifies the creator that the product has arrived.
