The Training feature has developed with the option of not requiring feedback and even better sharing capabilities.
Education Building Element
- New option, a button indicating when education is not required in a given case
- For shared elements, the Education Building Element shows user-friendly messages that are easily understood, with larger characters (e.g. in B2B and B2C cases)
- For customers, the system only shows the number of colleagues participating in the education, not their names, and it also does not display the skills to be acquired by the system.
