Suppliers can now upload their files along with the price quotes they provide, and the system's AI processes the files to fill in the prices in the quote if they have not already been added. This is especially useful if the supplier creates the quote in their own program.
Supplier Quote Submission
- Files can now be uploaded during the supplier quote request
- Uploaded files are visible on the supplier quote request interface and within the system
- The system sends a notification about the upload of the supplier file
- The uploaded files can be deleted by the supplier at any time
- The system processes the uploaded file with AI and fills out the quote request if it is not filled out yet
