Your employees can now easily record their attendance using a PIN or QR code, even separately for each location. And you don't need any special (and thus expensive) device for this!
Attendance sheet
- In the Settings menu, there is a new menu item available where you can retrieve the links to the interfaces used to record attendance for each location.
- These links are recommended to be placed on a tablet, where your colleague with the Fryda access can record the attendance using a PIN code or QR code.
- In case of PIN code, the system confirms the recording colleague's name upon successful recording, as well as alerts if an incorrect PIN code is entered.
- Attendance records for the attendance sheet can also be viewed in the attendance menu item.
Employee Profiles
- On the employee profiles, there is a PIN code entry field where you can provide your colleague with the PIN code to use the same interface for attendance recording.
- If you have permission to edit employee profiles, you can also view the PIN code for the colleague.
