The subcontractors of our construction element have been enriched with many new options, but in addition, it has become more transparent to directly request subcontractor offers and manage customers from projects.
Contract item prices / project budget building block
- New option to allocate selected elements from the project budget for subcontractor bidding, either to all subcontractors at once or to a selected subcontractor.
Subcontractor building block
- Now it's possible to send a price quote request to a specific subcontractor individually.
- Provides a cleaner interface, especially when dealing with a large amount of data.
- Introduced an option to set rejection email template for quotes, along with a new button to reject all non-accepted quotes in one step.
- Options for subcontractors without accepted quotes are hidden, presenting a more compact view of the building block.
- Allows uploading files to subcontractors (e.g. contracts).
Client data sheet
- Certain fields (such as birthdate, place) disappear from the client data sheet when choosing a company as the client type.
