It is now possible to include internal approval in the quotation process. This way, before sending the quote to the client, it can be double-checked and approved by a supervisor or another colleague.
Quote building element - Approval function
- You can enable in the offer building element settings whether you would like the offer to be approved by selected colleagues before sending / setting it to manually accepted status
- If enabled, you can set which colleagues to send the approval to
- When sending the offer for approval, it appears as a task for the designated colleagues
- If sent to multiple people for approval, when one approves, the task is removed for all colleagues
- The offer can be both approved and rejected
- Comments can be added to both approval and rejection
- If the offer is approved, the colleague who sent it for approval receives a notification within the system
Task widget
- In the case of tasks, the open button can now also point to a specific building element within an application (saving 1-2 clicks)
