Our latest update brings a new super easy-to-use scheduling interface!
Schedule planning interface
- New menu item in the HR section.
- Employees and days can be viewed in a calendar format. By default, the current month is displayed, but filtering options are available for the current week and specific time ranges.
- Filtering can be done by user group (e.g. employees from a specific department) or by individual employee.
- Limits can be set on how many workdays a particular employee can schedule for a week or month.
- The table shows attendance periods and vacations, making cross-checking easy.
- Access to schedule organization can be restricted based on permissions.
- Creating individual shifts is straightforward.
- Shifts can be easily modified or deleted.
